1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By booking a session with Physical Accountability Sessions ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Physical Accountability Sessions (the "Provider"). By submitting a booking inquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Physical Accountability Sessions offers consensual performance art and experiential services designed to provide physical consequence and cathartic release. The Service is not therapeutic, psychological counseling, or professional mental health support.

What the Service Includes:

  • A professional provider arrives at your chosen location

  • Optional opportunity to confess or share context (at your discretion)

  • Physical contact in the form of a slap, delivered at your requested intensity level

  • Provider departs following completion

What the Service Does NOT Include:

  • Therapy, counseling, or psychological support

  • Forgiveness or moral judgment

  • Follow-up communication or aftercare

  • Sexual services or sexual context

  • Coaching, advice, or guidance

This is a performance-based service centered on ritual, consequence, and personal catharsis.

3. ELIGIBILITY & CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

By booking, you confirm that you:

  • Are 18 years of age or older

  • Are booking this service for yourself only (not as a proxy for another person)

  • Are of sound mind and capable of providing informed consent

  • Have no medical conditions that would make this service unsafe or dangerous for you

  • Understand the nature of physical contact involved

  • Are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of booking or the session

  • Are booking voluntarily and without coercion

4. MEDICAL SCREENING & DISCLOSURE

You agree to disclose any medical conditions, medications, injuries, or physical limitations that could make this service unsafe or inadvisable for you, including but not limited to:

  • Heart conditions or cardiovascular issues

  • Neurological conditions (seizure disorders, etc.)

  • Severe mental health crises or active suicidal ideation

  • Bone density issues or conditions affecting pain perception

  • Pregnancy

  • Recent surgery or injury affecting the head, neck, or face

  • Any other health concerns relevant to receiving a forceful slap

The Provider reserves the right to request additional medical information or to decline service based on disclosed conditions. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in forfeiture of payment and/or cancellation without refund.

By submitting your booking inquiry, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical information truthfully and completely.

5. CONSENT & WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

This Service is entirely consensual.

Informed Consent:

By booking, you provide informed consent to receive physical contact (a slap) from the Provider. You understand the nature of this contact and have agreed to it voluntarily.

Consent Forms:

Before any session occurs, you will be required to review and digitally sign detailed consent forms provided by the Provider. These forms will outline:

  • The specific nature of the contact

  • Your chosen intensity level

  • Any relevant safety protocols

  • Your acknowledgment that you understand the risks and benefits

No session will proceed without signed consent documentation.

Right to Withdraw Consent:

You may withdraw your consent at any time, including:

  • Before the session begins

  • During the session (by verbal communication)

  • After the Provider has arrived

If you withdraw consent:

  • The session will not proceed (or will stop immediately if already in progress)

  • Payment is non-refundable

  • The Provider may offer alternative dates/sessions, but you are under no obligation to rebook

The Provider will respect your withdrawal of consent immediately and without question.

6. PROVIDER'S RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

The Provider reserves the absolute right to refuse service at any point if:

  • The Client appears unsafe, aggressive, or mentally unstable

  • The proposed location appears unsafe or unsuitable

  • The Client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • The Client has made requests that conflict with these Terms

  • The Client's behavior suggests the session cannot proceed safely

  • Any other safety concern arises in the Provider's professional judgment

If the Provider refuses service:

  • Payment will be refunded in full

  • No further sessions will be offered to that Client

7. LOCATION & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Location Assessment:

You will be required to provide details of your proposed location as part of the booking inquiry. The Provider will assess the suitability and safety of the location before confirming the session.

Potential location types include:

  • Private residences

  • Private offices

  • Parks and outdoor spaces

  • Cafes or public venues

  • Any other mutually agreed location

The Provider will assess locations based on:

  • Accessibility and ease of departure

  • Overall safety for both parties

  • Suitability for the Service

  • Client's specific safety concerns

  • Provider's personal safety assessment

If the location is deemed unsafe by the Provider, the session will be cancelled and payment will be refunded in full.The Provider's assessment is final and does not require explanation.

8. BOOKING TIMELINE & PROCESS

Standard Session (48-Hour Notice Required)

Step 1: Inquiry Submission

You submit a booking inquiry form with:

  • Your name (or preferred form of address)

  • Contact details (email and phone)

  • Preferred date(s) and time window

  • Proposed location

  • Requested intensity level (Firm / Sharp / Severe)

  • Any other relevant details

Step 2: Review & Approval (within 24 hours)

The Provider will review your inquiry and determine whether to approve based on availability, location suitability, and safety assessment. Approval is not guaranteed. The Provider may decline any booking at her discretion.

Step 3: Consent Forms & Confirmation

If approved, you will receive:

  • Detailed consent forms (to be signed digitally)

  • Payment instructions

  • Final logistics (exact time, location confirmation, safety protocols)

You must sign and return all consent forms.

Step 4: Payment (within 24 hours of form signature)

Payment is due within 24 hours of signing your consent forms. Payment confirmation serves as your final booking confirmation.

Step 5: Session

Session occurs 48+ hours after your initial booking inquiry. The Provider will arrive at the agreed location and time.

Bespoke Session (72-Hour Notice Required)

Step 1: Inquiry Submission

You submit a booking inquiry form including:

  • All Standard Session details

  • Detailed aesthetic specifications (clothing, footwear, accessories, manicure)

  • Any special requests

Step 2: Review & Approval (within 24 hours)

The Provider will review your specifications and determine feasibility. You may be asked to clarify or modify aesthetic requests.

Step 3: Consent Forms & Confirmation

If approved, you will receive:

  • Detailed consent forms (to be signed digitally)

  • Confirmation of aesthetic details

  • Payment instructions

  • Final logistics

You must sign and return all consent forms.

Step 4: Payment (within 24 hours of form signature)

Payment is due within 24 hours of signing your consent forms. This timing allows the Provider to source and prepare customized aesthetic elements.

Step 5: Session

Session occurs 72+ hours after your initial booking inquiry. The Provider will arrive as agreed.

Out of Town Session (minimum 1-Week Notice Required)

Step 1: Inquiry Submission

You submit a booking inquiry form with:

  • Destination (city and country)

  • Three preferred date options (minimum 1 weeks in advance)

  • Session type (Standard or Bespoke)

  • Any aesthetic specifications (if Bespoke)

Step 2: Review & Approval (within 48 hours)

The Provider will assess availability and destination feasibility. You will receive a personalized quote and confirmation of available dates.

Step 3: Consent Forms & Confirmation

If approved, you will receive:

  • Detailed consent forms (to be signed digitally)

  • Final itinerary (dates, times, location, logistics)

  • Payment instructions

You must sign and return all consent forms.

Step 4: Deposit Payment (within 24 hours of form signature)

£1,500 deposit is due within 24 hours of signing your consent forms. This covers the Provider's planning and preliminary travel bookings.

Step 5: Final Payment (48 hours before travel)

Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the Provider's travel date. This allows the Provider to finalise all bookings.

Step 6: Session

Session occurs 1+ weeks after your initial booking inquiry. The Provider will arrive at the agreed location and time.

9. PRICING & PAYMENT

Session Types & Pricing:

Standard Session — £500

  • Duration: 0–30 minutes

  • One slap, delivered at requested intensity

  • Location in London

Bespoke Session — £1,500

  • Everything in Standard, plus:

  • Customized aesthetic (clothing, footwear, accessories, manicure details)

  • 72-hour advance notice required

  • Additional costs may apply for designer items (quoted separately)

Out of Town — £3,000–£6,000+

  • Travel to UK/European destinations or international locations

  • Includes travel, accommodation, and full session customization

  • Minimum 1-week advance notice required

  • Quoted individually based on destination

Add-Ons:

  • Extended Listening (additional 30 mins): +£200

Payment Terms:

  1. Standard Session: Full payment due within 24 hours of signing consent forms

  2. Bespoke Session: Full payment due within 24 hours of signing consent forms

  3. Out of Town Session: £1,500 deposit due within 24 hours of signing consent forms; remaining balance due 48 hours before travel date

  4. Payment is processed via PayPal using invoice/payment link provided by the Provider

  5. All prices are in GBP (British Pounds)

  6. Payment must be made by the Client (not a third party)

10. REFUND POLICY

Refund Timeline (measured from scheduled session time)

Standard Session:

  • Withdraw consent 12+ hours before session: Full refund

  • Withdraw consent less than 12 hours before session: Non-refundable

  • After session begins: Non-refundable

  • After session completed: Non-refundable

Bespoke Session:

  • Withdraw consent 12+ hours before session: 50% refund (Provider retains 50% for items purchased/ordered)

  • Withdraw consent less than 12 hours before session: Non-refundable

  • After session begins: Non-refundable

  • After session completed: Non-refundable

Out of Town Session:

  • Withdraw consent more than 1 weeks before travel date: Full refund if travel not yet booked

  • Withdraw consent less than 1 weeks before travel date: No refund 

  • After session begins: Non-refundable

  • After session completed: Non-refundable

Provider Cancellation or Refusal:

Payment will be refunded in full if:

  • The Provider cancels or refuses service (due to safety concerns, location unsuitability, Client condition, or other Provider discretion)

  • The session cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the Client's control and mutually agreed by both parties

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time is not controlled by the Provider and depends on your financial institution.

11. INJURY, RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

Acknowledgment of Risks:

You acknowledge that receiving a forceful slap carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Temporary or prolonged redness or bruising

  • Soreness or discomfort

  • Swelling

  • In rare cases, more serious injury

You accept these risks voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any injury or harm that results from this Service.

No Liability:

The Provider is not liable for:

  • Temporary marks, redness, or bruising

  • Discomfort or soreness following the session

  • Psychological effects or emotional responses

  • Any injury or harm resulting from the Service, however minor or severe

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

By booking this Service, you waive any right to pursue legal claims against the Provider for injury or harm arising from the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Assumption of Risk:

You confirm that you are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with this Service and that you have not been coerced or pressured into booking.

12. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Provider's Confidentiality:

The Provider agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Your identity

  • The content of any confession or personal information shared during the session

  • The fact that you booked this Service at all

The Provider will not disclose any Client information to third parties without explicit written consent.

Client Privacy:

All Client information (name, contact details, booking details, confessions) will be stored securely and used only for the purposes of providing this Service.

The Provider will not:

  • Share your information on social media

  • Use your real name in any public context

  • Record or photograph you without explicit written consent

  • Discuss your booking with others

Data Storage & Security:

Booking information will be stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for legal and business purposes. You have the right to request deletion of your data in accordance with UK data protection law (GDPR).

13. NO SEXUAL CONTENT OR CONTEXT

This Service is not sexual in any way and does not involve:

  • Sexual contact or activity

  • Sexual imagery or fantasy roleplay

  • Intimate touch or sensuality

  • Domination or submission of a sexual nature

  • Any form of sexual gratification

Any request for sexual content or context will result in immediate rejection of the booking and forfeiture of payment.

14. NO CRIMINAL ACTIVITY

By booking this Service, you confirm that:

  • You are not booking this Service as a way to process guilt or shame related to criminal activity

  • You are not disclosing criminal behavior or crimes to the Provider

  • Your request does not involve anything illegal or criminally incriminating

The Provider is not a substitute for legal counsel, law enforcement, or the criminal justice system. If your booking involves disclosure of criminal activity, the session will be cancelled immediately, payment will be forfeited, and the Provider reserves the right to report the matter to appropriate authorities if required by law.

15. INTENSITY LEVELS

Three intensity levels are offered:

Firm

  • Clear, decisive slap

  • You will feel the impact

  • Minimal redness

  • Returns to normal within minutes

Sharp

  • Stinging slap

  • Audible impact

  • Some redness

  • Brief soreness

Severe

  • Full-force slap

  • Redness

  • Possible soreness lasting several hours

  • Maximum emotional and physical impact

Safety Assessment:

The final intensity level is subject to in-person safety assessment by the Provider. The Provider may reduce intensity if:

  • Physical assessment reveals unsuitability

  • The Client's demeanor suggests the chosen intensity is unsafe

  • Medical or physical factors become apparent during the session

You may withdraw your request for a specific intensity level at any time without penalty (though payment remains non-refundable if you withdraw after the Provider has arrived).

16. PHOTOS, VIDEO & RECORDING

Recording by Either Party:

Both the Provider and Client agree that no photography, video recording, or audio recording will occur without explicit written consent from both parties.

Client Recording the Provider:

If you wish to record the Provider (audio, video, or photo), you must:

  1. Request recording consent before the session begins

  2. Specify what may be recorded (photo, video, audio)

  3. Specify how the recording may be used (personal archive only, etc.)

  4. Obtain written consent from the Provider before any recording begins

The Provider may decline to be recorded at any time, for any reason. Refusal to allow recording does not invalidate the session or entitle you to a refund.

Provider Recording the Client:

The Provider will not photograph, video record, or audio record the Client without explicit written consent.

If the Provider wishes to record the Client (for any purpose), the Client must:

  1. Provide written consent as part of your consent forms

  2. Specify what may be recorded (photo, video, audio)

  3. Specify how the recording may be used (personal archive, promotional content, etc.)

The Client may decline to be recorded at any time, for any reason. Refusal to allow recording does not invalidate the session or entitle you to a refund.

Use of Recordings:

Any recordings (by either party) may only be used for the purposes specified in written consent. Both parties retain the right to revoke consent at any time in writing.

Recording without explicit written consent is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

17. BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS

As a Client, you agree to:

  • Treat the Provider with respect and professionalism

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by the Provider

  • Not engage in aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior

  • Not attempt to extend the session beyond the agreed time

  • Not attempt to involve the Provider in activities outside the scope of this Service

  • Not attempt to contact the Provider outside of the booking process or scheduled session

Violation of these expectations may result in immediate session cancellation, forfeiture of payment, and a permanent ban from future bookings.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability arising from or relating to this Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

The Provider is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of earnings or business opportunity

  • Emotional distress or psychological harm

  • Any damage or harm not directly caused by the Provider's gross negligence

19. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of this Service

  • Any injury or harm you sustain

  • Any breach of these Terms by you

  • Any misrepresentation in your booking inquiry

  • Any illegal activity on your part

20. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Your continued use of this Service following the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

21. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising from these Terms or this Service shall be resolved through:

  1. Good Faith Negotiation: The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication

  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, the parties may pursue mediation

  3. Legal Action: If mediation fails, either party may pursue legal action in the courts of England and Wales

22. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any consent forms and booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding this Service. No other understandings, representations, or agreements (written or oral) are valid unless explicitly referenced in writing and signed by both parties.

24. CONTACT & LEGAL INQUIRIES

For questions about these Terms or to request legal counsel regarding this Service, contact the Provider via the contact form on the website.

The Provider is not a lawyer and cannot provide legal advice. If you have legal questions, you are encouraged to consult with a qualified solicitor.

25. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By submitting a booking inquiry, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read these Terms in their entirety

  • You understand and agree to be bound by these Terms

  • You are making an informed, voluntary decision to book this Service

  • You assume all risks associated with the Service

  • You release the Provider from any liability for injury or harm
